Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed at The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables received her degree with distinction at The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She holds a BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. When she moved to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theater, acting and choreographing more than two dozen productions. This included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to secure the roles for films and TV as she studied improvisation in The Groundlings. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite stature have allowed her to portray a range of different roles. Her work with Naomi Watts as Samara the character on The Ring 2 is well acknowledged, however, she's better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper at-night as a Series Regular for the TV Land comedy The Exes. Alyssa Mio's sassy sexpert, her little sister, was Kelly's frequent role in ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW featured her as the stressed-out suburban mother. She has lent her soprano singing voice to a variety of cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. Recent appearances include her as the lovable, dim Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband and two small children and enjoys sewing writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
